Pre-orders & cancellations
MAXQIO releases selected footwear through limited pre-order windows. Each pre-order represents a reservation for an upcoming MAXQIO release.
Cancelling
Pre-orders may be cancelled by contacting MAXQIO before the order enters fulfillment or production allocation. Once an order has entered fulfillment or production allocation, cancellation may no longer be available, except where required by applicable law.
If we cannot fulfil
If MAXQIO is unable to fulfill a confirmed pre-order, the client will be notified and receive a full refund.
Estimated dates
Estimated shipping dates are provided in good faith and may change due to production, quality control, logistics, or circumstances outside MAXQIO's reasonable control.
